The 24th edition of Construmat, Spain’s leading construction fair, will take place from May 20 to 22, 2025, at the Gran Vía venue. With five months to go, the Fira de Barcelona event has already filled more than three-quarters of its exhibition space, marking a 36% increase compared to this time last year.

We are excited to have the presence of nationally and internationally relevant companies that have chosen Construmat as the ideal showcase to present their most advanced solutions.” Vilajoana added, “This not only reaffirms the fair’s leadership as the main meeting point for the industry but also as a space for collaboration and knowledge exchange.”

An International Congress Construmat is preparing an edition focused on offering visitors the latest market innovations in sustainable construction, as well as the latest solutions in energy efficiency, sustainable materials, and construction systems. In this regard, in addition to the offerings from exhibiting companies, the Sustainable Building Congress will take place. This event, organized by Construmat during the three days of the fair, will showcase world-class sustainable construction projects. Under the technical direction of Jorge Arditti, president of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Mexico and Latam, around 100 speakers will participate, including internationally recognized experts, who will address topics such as biohabitability and health, AI, and social housing.
