Flow simulations, energy building simulations and daylight calculations. Three functionalities that the BIM HVACTool green building simulation software is able to develop. The aim is to achieve much more innovative and future-oriented planning.

The software includes different modules known as add-ons, although they can be operated individually. These include: Fluid Package (flow simulations), Energy Package (thermal building simulations), Daylighting Package (daylight calculations), Rendering Package (realistic photos and combined CFD results), CityComfort Package (examines urban climate) and Fire Package (smoke simulations).
