dRofus AS Release the 2.1 Version of Its Planning and Data Management Software.
dRofus is a unique planning, data management, and BIM collaboration tool that provides all stakeholders with comprehensive workflow support and access to building information throughout the building lifecycle.
dRofus 2.1 will take integration to a new level with support for linking and synchonization of an increased number of ArchiCAD objects, support for advanced workflows using hot-link modules (HLM), the introduction of the dRofus Panel and auto-sync within the Revit plugin.
“With 2.1 we make it much easier to work with ArchiCAD, Revit and dRofus at the same time. The room sync is seamless, and you have all those dRofus data as available at your fingertips!” said dRofus Product Owner, Ida Lau Borch.
Integration with BIM Authoring tools has been dRofus’ point of focus since 2006, with extensive support for designers using ArchiCAD and Revit as well as IFC.
“2.0 was about an improved user experience and updating the user interface, 2.1 is building upon those efforts for our collaborators around data from our improved workflows with Room Data, integration with our web version and the new dRofus Properties Panel in Revit there are improvements to workflows and access to shared information. Other highlights include improvements to the graphical user interface (GUI), navigation, data input features and the interaction between dRofus client and dRofus Web - accessing and updating project information has never been easier.
