Our Single-Family As-Built project – Menlo Park

Alterpex was tasked with capturing and documenting the existing conditions of a single-family home through advanced scanning and data collection techniques. Our team meticulously gathered precise measurements and details of the property, ensuring accuracy for future planning.

We then transformed this data into a fully interactive 360-degree virtual walkthrough tour, effectively creating a digital twin of the house. This digital replica allows the client to explore and assess the property remotely, offering an immersive, real-time representation of the space.

In addition, Alterpex developed a comprehensive 3D Revit model, incorporating all architectural and structural elements of the home. This model, along with a complete set of as-built plans, will serve as a critical tool for the home’s upcoming renovation. By providing accurate, up-to-date documentation, our services empower the client to make informed decisions and streamline the renovation process with confidence.
