I lead the newly established Proconics Newfields division’s Project Management Office. The Business Unit focuses on expanding Proconics’ client base into the Africa's renewable IPP sector and reducing companies' reliance on petrochemical revenues. I oversee thirty professionals responsible for governance, commercial functions (procurement, contracts, project controls), operational assurance (HSE, QA/QC), and socio-economic obligations (ED, CSI). My team and I drive digital transformation and automation initiatives, including PIM/BIM innovation, EVMS, and CDE, while integrating ESG principles into project execution to enhance Proconics' long-term resilience
