I’m an Industrial Engineer with hands-on expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), especially for Fire Fighting, MEP, and HVAC projects. Using tools like Revit 2025, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and PlanSwift, I create coordinated models that help avoid clashes, improve accuracy in BOQ extraction, and streamline project schedules. I’ve earned certifications in BIM HVAC (PHVACR) and Hourly Analysis Program (HAP v6.2), which strengthen my ability to integrate energy analysis and system design into BIM workflows. My approach is practical—using BIM not just for design, but also to support tender compliance, cost forecasting, and consultant approvals. Beyond the technical side, I enjoy mentoring junior engineers on BIM practices and helping teams adopt digital workflows. For me, BIM is more than software—it’s a way to bring clarity, efficiency, and confidence to complex engineering projects.
