Organisation & Corporate level BIM Implementation. Set up, manage and lead the BIM Department which will include BIM protocols, standards, procedure, processes and workflows. Head the corporate BIM implementation through reviewing and updating of the organisation’s BIM Deployment Plan,also coordinate the efforts of the project team (sub-contractors/consultants/client/Authority) to finalize project BIM Execution Plan, monitor progress of project’s BIM implementation.
