My core focus is on accurate BIM modeling for HVAC and mechanical services in commercial buildings, ensuring clean, coordinated, and constructible outputs. I also have working knowledge of HVAC system design, including load calculations using Carrier HAP, and an understanding of air-side and water-side system relationships. This design background helps me better interpret and model systems within BIM, especially for critical spaces like false ceilings and equipment rooms.
