BIM 101 – An Introduction to BIM Level 2 and Digital Engineering

'BIM 101' is a beginners’ course aimed at ALL novices to the world of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the UK with no, or very little, technical / IT or Information Management (IM) background.This course is intended as an introduction to BIM Level 2 and the UK's BIM Mandate which underpins this. If you simply want to get an introduction in plain English, with no jargon – this is the course for you. There is nothing assumed about your background in technology / CAD or ‘BIM’. We start from basic principles for BIM Level 2. Join us to start your journey into the understanding and implementation of the wider sense of BIM, in a safe environment. You will be able to ask anything you like about BIM in the UK, Digital Built Britain and where things are going. There are no silly questions.
