Description

The cornerstone of the mixed project Origine et Nouvelle Vague was laid on October 12 in Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine), in the presence of Olivier Wigniolle, General Manager of Icade, Douglas J.Pferdehirt, General Manager of TechnipFMC, Patrick Jarry, Mayor of Nanterre, Marie-Célie Guillaume, General Manager of Paris La Défense and Hugues Fourmentraux, President of VINCI Construction France.

Designed by the associate architects Maud Caubet and Quadri Fiore for Icade, the mixed project Origine et Nouvelle Vague is defined as an urban block with a total surface area of 80,000 m². Bateg, Sicra Ile-de-France and Arbonis, subsidiaries of Vinci Construction France, realize in full BIM this set including two buildings of offices and services and a residence of exception, ideally located at the crossroads of the major poles of La Défense.

Innovation and quality of life at work are at the heart of the Origine project, which will include two seven and eight-story office and service buildings covering 69,000 m². The choice of the wood/concrete material mix and the proposed landscaped areas make it possible to reconcile the urban and the natural. The project targets HQE Excellent, LEED Gold, BREEAM Excellent, WELL Core & Silver Shell certifications, E + C-E2C2, BiodiverCity and WiredScore Platinum. 51,000 m² of offices will be occupied by employees of the TechnipFMC group.

The Nouvelle Vague operation, comprising 145 housing units, a nursery and shops on the ground floor, completes this mixed project integrating nature into the heart of the island. This ten-story residence with green facades is RT 2012 certified, NF Habitat HQE vintage Very Performing and labeled Biosourced building.

The real estate complex will be delivered in 2020.

"This project illustrates our ambition to combine innovation (full BIM), high technology and environmental excellence. The use of the mix of wood and concrete material to which we are very attached gives this volume of urbanity and sustainability "Hugues Foumentraux, President of VINCI Construction France.
