Description
Tejjy Inc. carved out an effective BIM execution plan for Norman M. Cole Jr. Pollution Control Plant, based in Lorton, VA. The award-winning wastewater treatment plant is owned and operated by Fairfax County Government. The treatment process of the plant is safe, reliable and cost-effective. Operations resulted in effluent quality, that consistently surpass strict national and state water quality requirements.

Purpose of Construction: The main purpose of construction is protecting the environment,  enhancing the water quality and safety of the workers.

Scope of Work Undertaken by Tejjy Inc. BIM Consultants:

·         Implemented BIM execution plan for the wastewater treatment project

·         Created mechanical piping & infrastructure model before on-site coordination & construction

·         BIM coordination amongst architectural, structural & MEP services

·         Clash detection amongst various services

·         Coordination drawing preparation at LOD 350

·         Fabrication shop drawing creation

·         Quantity extraction from approved material submittals 

·         Collaboration with engineers for obtaining precise & accurate models

·         Parametric family creation
