BIM Architect to work in the Building Department of Catalonia

REQUIREMENTS:
-High knowledge of the BIM methodology (BIM manager / BIM coordinator)
-Domain of the REVIT
-Proficiency in English and Catalan
-Newly qualified
-Flexibility and involvement

FUNCTIONS:
-Act as BIM manager or BIM Coordinator of projects that will be carried out in a delegation
-Exercising as an architect projects of great national and international dimensions that are carried out in Barcelona, but with availability to move abroad if required.
-Coordination with other technicians of the company (structures, facilities, etc.)

TERMS:
-At the beginning of the contract of work or contract of work and service
-Fees to negotiate based on the profile of the candidate
