PROFILE REQUESTED

1) Person with the minimum completed studies of Degree in Agricultural Engineering, specialization in Rural and Environmental Engineering, technical architecture or Industrial Engineering.
2) With minimum experience of 1 year in design in BIM environments, use of Cype simulators, budgeting programs and ERP cost control systems.

3) Ideally with experience in Construction Management, presenting the leadership and communication competences inherent in this type of work at the same time as the knowledge of the methodologies and organizational procedures that are proper to it.

4) Person with learning ability and adaptation to the constant changes in procedures, methodologies and softwares to which the entire construction and engineering sector is currently subject.

 
FUNCTIONS

1) Approximately 50% of the time will be dedicated to collaboration in the technical office. Participation in the modeling and design of the projects, both in architecture systems and MEP systems. Participation in the control of project costs and other typical technical office tasks.

2) In addition to the above, the remaining time must be carried out inspection and control tasks of the work of specific parts of different projects. We believe that participation in the construction process is the only way to improve the quality of design processes.

3) From our offices located in the Park of Gardeny (PCiTAL) of Lleida, the displacements to work will be made to a maximum environment of 200 km of this, mainly in the Community of Aragon.

 

WE OFFER

1) Fixed labor contract after trial period.

2) Depending on the experience in both the work and the technical office of the candidate, the salary proposal will be defined.
