Modeler - Facilities Projects Department

Office of Engineering and Consulting in the field of facilities and energy reference in the country, and based in Barcelona, ??seeks immediately:

Description of the job:

Position offered: BIM Design Modeler

Dependency: Project Managers / BIM Manager

Tasks to be carried out:

Support to the project managers of the company in projects contracted with BIM requirement.Amb the execution of the following works:

. Management of client models and those of the firm

. Modeling of installations in Revit MEP environment

. Drafting of documentation associated with the model: BEP, list of parameters, tables of measurements.

. Creation of equipment families according to the parameters considered in the dispatch.

. Delineation of the facilities of the projects in progress.

. On-site survey of existing facilities.

. Planning and calculation of simple installations following the criteria and the hand of the design engineers.

Essential requirements:

. Draftsman.

. Training in BIM methodology

. Languages: Catalan and Spanish bilingual (including grammar and spelling) / English (Medium level - Conversation and writing of documentation)

. Level of experience: 3 years in equivalent functions indispensable.

. Person with ability to work individually and as a team, organized and responsible, with dynamic and proactive capacity.

. Person with an entrepreneurial and / or decisive character, and with a great capacity of human relationship to be able to get involved with the company and with the needs of the client.

. Essential knowledge of specific programs: AutoCAD, REVIT

. Ms Office domain: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project.
