TÜV SÜD a leading organization in technical services in charge of testing, auditing, inspection and consulting, based in Munich, Germany, is looking for a professional for the position of BIM Consultant in its offices in Madrid and Barcelona. The requirements they are looking for define them:

Functions

We look:


A graduate in Architecture or Industrial or Civil Engineering, with specific training in BIM and at least 3 years experience in demonstrable BIM projects, to develop the BIM business in TÜV SÜD.
We are looking for a profile mainly as a BIM consultant and with capacity for the development of the BIM business in TÜV SÜD Spain. Among his tasks are:
BIM consultancy to clients to identify and implement the processes, guidelines and tools for BIM appropriate to their activity, developing strategic, technical and technological requirements in BIM
Acting as BIM Manager in construction projects
Conducting quality audits of BIM projects, both IFC and native REVIT.
Development of the business and its portfolio of BIM services (BIM Consulting, BIM Management, BIM Quality Control, model Checks,...) to real estate investors, public entities, property owners and/or managers,...
Development of commercial and technical BIM proposals
Planning, preparation and execution of BIM workshops/Webinars and other activities focused on BIM client acquisition.
Interlocution with the Real Estate Division located in Germany to unify criteria around the BIM growth strategy as well as the development of synergies within the TÜV SÜD group


Qualifications
Minimum requirements


Degree in Architecture, Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering
Specific training in BIM.
At least 3 years of experience in BIM.
Deep knowledge of the entire life cycle of Real Estate.
Knowledge of BIM technologies such as Nemetschek and/or Autodesk.
High level of English (frequent use).
Communication and customer management skills.
Driving license and own vehicle.
