Employment

Principal functions:

1. Control of the work execution and its cost
o Coordination of different providers
o Supervision that the works are being carried out according to the project and/or client's instructions.
o Cost control
o Control of changes with the client and with the suppliers: at the level of execution and cost
o Meetings and site visits with the client and record minutes if necessary
Request for quotations from suppliers
o Making comparisons
o Orders for material/supplies or jobs. Control of orders
o Planning of the work
o Review and follow-up after-sale

2. Monthly, in addition:
o Report of the actual production in each of the works
o Updating the cost of the work, adapting the budgets to the changes suffered
o Updating of the plans
o Preparation of documentation if necessary, to inform the Property of the state of the works.

3. Collaboration in the preparation of initial offers
o Making measurements.
o Request of budgets and preparation of initial cost budget.

4. Support in the design of distributions and/or delineation if necessary.
o Data taking. On-site measurements of the buildings.
