En este seminario se abordará la última modificación que ha sufrido el “Documento Básico de Salubridad HS3 – Calidad del aire interior” según la Orden FOM/588/2017 de 15 de Junio (BOE 23-junio-2017).
Durante el desarrollo del seminario se analizarán las principales modificaciones que ha sufrido el DB-HS3, planteando en esta última versión dos alternativas de ventilación para las viviendas. Básicamente, como primera opción se está planteando un caudal variable de ventilación y como segunda opción un caudal constante de ventilación.
