This session will show how to obtain the design of any slab layout regardless of complexity, including reinforced concrete and post-tensioned slabs. The design can include thermal and shrinkage loading and can provide long-term deflection calculations for any time period and footfall vibration calculations which are critical for some environments such as a hospital floor.

He is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and Institute of Structural Engineers in the UK and has recently completed 20 years’ service with Bentley Systems UK Ltd. His role within Bentley is to promote the Structural products which include all the programs in the STAAD and RAM brand. He also promotes the tower software such as MStower and OpenTower Building Designer.
