ABOUT THE BIM PROJECT TEAM AND ORGANIZATION

As one of the pioneer companies of BIM development in Turkiye, Rafine is working on this project starting from 2019. After architectural concept project developed by Dante O. Benini Architects, the process design and projects were developed by NNE by using Revit Software. After process design, all other project teams were included in the project under the BIM management and organization of Rafine. Project development works carried out on the BIM360 cloud servers of Autodesk. 

During the development and collaboration works total 12 different company engaged to the BIM. Some key numbers to give an idea about the works;

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project is developed in an existing production buildings complex of the Client, who is one of the leading pharmaceutical producers in Turkiye. This is the first BIM development project for the Client. The main BIM goal of the project was to create a BIM standard for the Client's future works and to reach the company's digital transformation targets. 

BEP, Clash Detection, Project Collaboration, Construction Site Management and at the end create a digital twin is the main targets of the project.
