DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Regional Manager of BIM360 Customer Success Services, the AEC Cloud Customer Success Specialist is a key role to driving adoption of the BIM360 Product Portfolio. Managing a portfolio of Customers/Partners he/she will help at-risk customers who have low adoption of BIM360 to increase usage across all users growing the number of projects utilizing our technologies. The AEC Cloud Customer Success Specialist will also identify target partners to drive adoption over the Partner Network.

The AEC Cloud Customer Success Specialist role does not carry a revenue target but instead has a variable commission scheme based on the product utilization. Identifying and building repeatable adoption plays by collecting “big data” about product usage and service histories, analyzing patterns of successful customers, going onsite to observe them, and question them, providing executive facing customer reports to the account team. Additionally, delivering regular customer insights and successes to the Product team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish plans & execute adoption strategies in order to grow the number of projects using our BIM360 technology
  • Coordinate plans and strategies with internal account teams with the goal of enhancing an understanding of the technology and it’s capabilities
  • Facilitate regular customer meetings, events, and training (internal & external)
  • Demonstrate proposed solutions & product overviews and relate them to the customer’s business issues
  • Develop and conduct professional presentations & demonstrations, and lead adoption discussions with customers to generate scalability of Autodesk solutions
  • Support the success of Autodesk resellers by mentoring and training Partners personnel on technical adoption activities and execution
  • Support internal sales and team learning through creation of adoption content
  • Provide regular feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams on BIM360 based on customer’s business requirements
  • Provide an accurate monthly & quarterly forecast of projects due to adopt the technology
  • Distribute regular updates and progress reports to internal Autodesk account teams
  • Drive direct opportunities and provide leads to internal Autodesk sales teams
  • Liaise with marketing team in order to run/attend events in line with company growth strategies
  • Act as a representative of Autodesk, and give presentations to client groups to build awareness of BIM 360
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
  • Utilize and refine sales collateral provided by technical marketing to develop effective and repeatable sales play that lead to increased adoption of Autodesk solutions
  • Develop use cases based on customer input to drive demand of the technology
  • Act as an evangelist to determine positioning, identify business requirements, and finding relevant forums and utilizing relevant associations to increase awareness of BIM360

Minimum Qualifications

  • Applicants for this role need to wake up in the morning thinking about customer success and how to deliver world-class customer experience
  • Knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions, focus on Construction
  • Knowledge of Construction Industry
  • Knowledge of Cloud SaaS offerings would be advantageous
  • Background needs to be in customer facing roles including account management, customer support, product management and sales
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed in order to build the strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and business partners, which will be critical to success
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or related degrees
  • Fluent English both written and spoken a must, fluency in a second language a plus
  • EMEA: Fluent English both written and spoken a must plus one other main European Language
  • Able to travel 30/50% of the time – mostly within geo
