A BIM Coordinator profile is sought, initially it will start with practices although candidates will be assessed with a finished Master, to be incorporated into a project in execution (in construction) for the implementation of the BIM methodology in it.

Unions
The person must have skills in BIM modeling, information management and databases, analytical capacity for problem solving and social and communication skills to manage with the different project participants everything related to the BIM implementation in the phase of execution.

Competencies: Some of the competences that are looked for in the profile are:
- BIM Modeling (Architecture, Structure, MEP and Parametric Components) - Autodesk Revit
- Information Management - MS Excel, MS Access, PowerBI, CDE ...
- Interference and Communication Detection - Navisworks Manage, BIMCollab / Revizto

Skills & Experience

University Degree: Higher Engineer of Roads, Canals and Ports
Master BIM: Qualification with a Master's Degree accredited with at least 60 ECTS, on the BIM methodology
Availability of immediate incorporation.
High level of English
Geographical availability according to project assignment.
