We are looking for a BIM MANAGER with experience in international projects and with advanced knowledge in the BIM methodology.
Functions
Accomplishment of projects and advanced handling of the Revit tool (Architecture, Structure and MEP) at modeling level.
Generation of documentation (graphical and non graphical).
Project coordination.
Requirements:
+ 5 years of experience in international projects.
Essential to have coordinated several engineering disciplines.
Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in industrial sector projects such as Process Plants, Oil & Gas or Industrial Systems among others.
Experience in the implementation of BIM systems, as well as the drafting of documentation such as protocols, EIR, BEP.
Knowledge of the different CDE (Common Data Environment) systems, as well as desirable experience in their implementation.
Experience in standardization of BIM systems for the industrial sector, with knowledge of equipment specifications, piping, structures, electrical systems, instrumentation and civil works.
Skills:
Revit (Architecture, Structure and MEP), Autocad Plant 3D, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, engineering, mechanics, electricity, civil works.
Essential good command of English.
