D'Capital is the complex of office, appartment and luxury shopping mall with scale 50,300sqm, which is invested by Tan Hoang Minh and operated by Vinhomes - Vingroup. It has 6 towers with from 39 to 46 floors.
ViBIM participated to project with the role of BIM consultant for MEP contractor, who is laking of BIM resource and knowledge. We help clients MEP BIM service including Mechanical, HVAC system, Plumbing, electrical and then coordinate them with other discipline (Structure, Architecture) to detect and eliminate clearly all of clashs and errors by using Navisworks.
The production of coordination process is an accurate federated building information model to produce shop drawing for construction. As well as it also helps improve quality and reduce number of coordination meeting because every issue was be cleary and thoroughly resolved.
During 1 month implementation, we had to only organize 3 coordination meetings, including:
- The 1st meeting: Agree on priority and composition
- The 2nd meeting: Sub-contractors approved coordination model
- The 3rd meeting: General contractor approved coordination model and shop drawing
