Description
The project is for construction of a structure that would house the institutes of monetary and financial importance in Egypt. The structure would consist of 12 floors with 2 basements, 1 ground floor and 9 typical floors. The total floor area is approximately 45300 square meters. It is includes banks halls, administrative offices, grand staircases and services and basic utilities such as elevators, automatic alarming network for safety & fire-fighting. Elevators and other required facilities for the bank.
The project scope for MaRS BIM Solutions was to create details models for the overall structure inclusive of Architectural, Structural and MEP domains. The architectural scope was to produce designs inclusive of hardscape and softscape. For MEP modeling the structure was to be well equipped with services such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire-fighting and fire protection, HVAC, ICT, ELV and a specialized security system.
