Develop BIM models and generate architectural plans and details from them, complying with the time and manner objectives established by the project manager.

Study previously the project to be developed, list the doubts and observations found, and consult them with the Project Manager in order to clarify them and solve them.
Prepare BIM models of buildings and draw up plans and quality details, complying with the established delivery times; archive these documents chronologically and prepare reports on the progress made.
Update and modify architectural models, edit or elaborate families of basic components, create and configure visualization templates, create and configure plans and other printing formats.
Deliver a weekly report of the progress and changes of the project to the Project Manager.
Required Studies:
Bachelor of Architecture (titled)
Work experience:
At least 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in architectural and structural models.
Tools use:
Autodesk: Revit, Autocad, 3d max + vray
Office Package: Excel, Word, Power Point, Project (desirable)
Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator (or Corel Draw)
Other: Dropbox, Google Drive.
