DESCRIPTION
Job Responsabilities:
- Set design criteria, check design calculation and drawings
- Agree on design concepts with Team Leader
- Ensure concept and sketch designs are approved before progressing to the next stage
- Assist in preparing fee proposals
- Project invoicing
- Carry out feasibility study
- Control scope of work in relation to fee
- Advise and report to the Team Leader / Technical Director on the adequacy of the services
- Formalise standards for specifications, drawings etc. in conjunction with Team Leader/Technical Director
- Resolve any technical problems faced during the project design and/or construction stages
- Investigate and recommend engineering system selection
- Handle all correspondences including reports, technical specifications, and other documents relating to the projects
- Prepare and monitoring cost and quantity estimates
- Attend design/site meetings
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field
- Work experience in consultancy firms for several projects using Revit program is a must
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Diligent, highly motivated and positive working attitude
