DESCRIPTION
We are an established quality property and construction group with a track record of over 40 years' experience in the Singapore construction industry and over 15 years' experience in real estate development.
We entered the real estate development business in Singapore in 1995, backed by our competencies in the construction business, including our experience in working with major real estate developers. We have since gained reputation as a developer of quality residential developments, targeting the middle to upper middle markets. We have since ventured overseas through joint-ventures in the PRC, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce 2D/3D design drawings models using AutoCAD / BIM / Revit software
• Monitor modelling / update drawings / inform Project Manager on any changes
• Check and verify design drawings to conform with specifications and design data
• Assist on documentation during conceptual and detailed design development stage
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural / Mechanical or equivalent
- Required Skills : REVIT MEP / ARCHI / STRUCT / AutoCAD
- 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore in building construction industry with at least 2 years experience in 3D modelling using REVIT
- Building project experience preferred
