ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Positive attitude and relentless approach to sales
Great phone presence in both soft skills and sales skills
Delivering a consistent number of appointments per week
Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
Working towards fixed weekly targets
Working in a fast paced sales environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience in sales, specifically in the education sector would be more suitable.
Degree in architecture or engineering preferred.
A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills
The individual will have the ability to identify appropriate sales strategies and execute to a sales plan
Skillful objection handling techniques and ability to operate at all levels in an organization
Strong communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to identified key decision-makers
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge Social Media Engagement Tool (LinkedIn, Xing..etc)
Knowledge of MS-Office tools, principally Outlook, PPT, Word and Excel
A proficiency or native english level is a must
