For the region of Heilbronn we are looking for competent and experienced candidates for the expansion of our team.

Responsibilities:
-Creation of three-dimensional object-oriented models.
-Develop 3D animations / and visualizing them next to the project team.
-Advising and supervision of the information of the virtual models of the buildings.
-Development, implementation and preservation of BIM standards.
-Provision and organization of the CAD data (Coordination-CAD).
- General coordination of planning BIM as well as the individual control of the sub models.
- Coordination of internal and external designers related to BIM processes.

The profile we are looking for:
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or a vast experience as construction technician or designer.
- In-depth knowledge of Bentley (MocroStation) or Autodesk (Revit) CAD systems.
-Good PC management and Microsoft Office programs.
-Various years of experience in the field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge as BIM Manager / Coordinator is a plus.
-Communication skills, hardworking, customer oriented, ability to work autonomously, structured and with self-confidence.
