Job Description:

• Coordinate the team of modelers and detailers for architectural and structural teams.
• RFI preparation and followup for replies of the same with coordinators.
• Preparation of construction/ shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements.
• Preparation of as built BIM after getting site survey drawings/ markups with as built comments.
• Check clash reports and arrive at conclusions to avoid clashes.
• Submission of drawings and models on or before the date of submission.
• Assisting Project Lead in various tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A person with good communication skills who can assist the Project Lead and guide his teammates.
• Should be a knowledgeable person in revit modeling with strong BIM concepts.
