Our Modeler ensures the realization, the update and the evolution of the BIM models in the phase of study and execution of building sites.


Tasks (not exhaustive):
Realize "execution" models
Update and / or evolve models
Compile, synchronize and check model consistency
Check denominations and model coding
Extract quantities from templates
Create parametric families
Propose and / or develop tools and workflows for the improvement of processes related to modeling and communication to execution.
Software used: Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, SimpleBim, Dynamo, Recap, Archicad, Autocad 3

Profile:
Studies in architecture or construction
Has knowledge of the "BIM" method and Revit
Responsive (multiplicity of actors, complexity of works, technical issues)
Methodical, analytical and precise
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of Dutch and English
