- Facility modeling
- Experience in working with BIM models, both in 3D modeling topics, as well as linking with planning (4D simulations) and budgeting (5D cost control). From 3D to 5D.
- Coordination and project management through the BIM methodology: communication and information flow through the different BIM models, software interoperability tests and proposal of solutions to improve the flow of information in the project.
- Work experience will be valued.


Technical requirements
- Architect, Technical Architect, Engineer or draftsman with extensive experience managing the software
- Software:
REVIT Very advanced level, especially in the discipline of MEP
NAVISWORKS MANAGE Advanced level
DYNAMO Medium-advanced level
Valuable to know programs such as SYNCHRO, PRESTO, PROJECT, SAP 2000 ...
Notions of BIM methodology, collaborative work in CDE.
- Languages: Advanced English (C1)
