We are looking for someone to take on the exciting challenge of expanding our BIM process across the practice while overseeing our growing team of BIM coordinators and BIM enthusiastic Architects. This position will operate at a senior level but with a hands-on approach when needed. 

As our practice continues to fully embrace the opportunities of BIM, and to benefit from the efficiencies obtained through integrated BIM processes, it is important that we recognise, value and protect existing modalities of creative practice. Methods of design, communication and collaboration that lead to our best work must be seamlessly combined with enhanced and more joined-up development in the BIM environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of this cultural dimension, and offer a clear vision of how to adaptively balance creative and exploratory design practice with effective and well-oiled systems for BIM based development and delivery 

The role would suit an experienced Architect with BIM Management skills as well as experienced BIM Managers and Construction Professionals with significant BIM experience. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, good communication skills and good project management experience, will also be able to talk and be understood with ease about excellent BIM practice to anyone across the Studios and enjoy the process of acceleration of BIM at FCBStudios. 

This role will operate from the Bath Studio but working across the practice with the other members of the BIM team.
