DESCRIPTION
We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager.
Job Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Tasks:
- Lead, develop and maintain the Operation Standards, overlooking the
department's performance with relation to time, resources and quality
dimensions.
- Develop holistic analysis and support to decision making based with
executive management, based on reports of its sub departments.
- Technical sales & product design leadership and presence in
Clients, including but not limited to demonstrations, presentations &
negotiations
- Cross-functional support to remaining organization departments,
including Marketing, Commercial, HR, Finance and Procurement.
- Lead & develop relationships with clients and potential clients,
including filtering client complains & managing conflicts.
Requirements:
Education: BSc, MSc, Project Management Certificate
Experience: 15 years.
Knowledge: Advanced BIM, Design Thinking ,Project
Management, Portfolio Management, Technical Writing.
Skills: Accountability, Analytical & Logical
Thinking, Assertiveness, Commitment, Communication ,Diplomacy, Directing,
Listening, Negotiation, Sales, Strategic Management, Stress Management.
