BIMTEC , a reputable Engineering Company working based on
BIM Technologies, is seeking to
hire 4D/5D Coordinator

Job Location: Doha, Qatar

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support technology implementation
services for the whole life cycle of construction, including pre‐contract, construction and
handover as per project requirements.

- Coordinating BOQ and CMS structure and
development throughout the project in alignment with the requirements of the
BIM Project.

- Prepare, update and maintain BIM 4D and
5D simulations/reporting.

- Quality assurance, ensuring modelling
submissions comply with BIM and AutoCAD requirements, standards and guidelines.

- Support BIM coordination activities in
3D/4D/5D environments.

- Collaborate on the preparation of BIM
documentation.

- Conduct and organize training on a
needed basis for internal staff and clients.

Qualifications:

1)   
Educational
Background:

·        
Reputable BSc certification in Civil Engineering or
equivalent.

2)   
Minimum
Requirements:

·        
5+ years of relevant experience.

·        
AutoCAD.

·        
Autodesk
Autodesk Revit.

·        
Autodesk
Navisworks.

·        
Synchro.

·        
Fuzor.

·        
Construction background.

Ability to program routines or software
add-ins is considered a plus. Proven experience in the main disciplines of
project management is desired, namely leadership, planning and controlling.
