AECOM is currently seeking a BIM Manager to be based in Dubai.The BIM Manager is responsible for establishing Employer Information Requirements (BIM) and implementation on major infrastructure (Roads) projects, oversight of the implementation of BIM plans, liaising with RTA internal departments and external stakeholders, as well as maintenance and improvement of office BIM standards and processes.

Specific skills required:
-Extensive knowledge and experience in BIM management.
-Knowledge and experience of industry practices and collaboration workflows.
-Sound knowledge of various BIM standards including BS/PAS 1192.
-Knowledge of BIM project lifecycle and understanding of FM requirements.
-Maintains affiliation with professional groups to keep abreast of current technologies and efficiencies.
-Familiarity with delivering projects in the UAE.

Minimum Requirements
-Minimum 7 years of hands-on BIM experience
-10-15 years industry experience
-Experience with team training.
-Extensive experience in the management of multiple cross-discipline design and construction projects.
-Experience in the use of various BIM software packages
-Knowledge in the use of project collaboration platforms (Common Data Environments) such as Bentley Projectwise, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering from a recognized university.
-Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
