We are currently looking for a Senior Structural Technician to join our Structures team in Mumbai. This role will see you taking a lead role in the structural technician team, assuming responsibility for BIM standards, training, development and collaboration with other BuroHappold offices on projects around the globe.

Naturally this a varied role, but responsibilities can typically be expected to comprise:

Produce BIM models as per project requirements
Drawing/detail production from Engineers sketches and from scratch using architectural drawings and or concepts.
Take responsibility for drawing issues and daily housekeeping in terms of both digital and hard copy project file storage.
To develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up.
To implement BIM training modules for key staff and maintain training course ware.
To participate in the process of developing BIM standards for projects across BuroHappold.
To develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of families, etc.
To provide guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are setup and progress optimally, and teams are using Revit appropriately.
Ability and willingness to work remotely with colleagues in other offices, and on occasion, if required, to travel to those locations for briefing or co-ordination meetings.
