Responsabilities as a CAD/BIM Technician
• Responsibility for producing 2D & 3D drawings for CSA scope including but not limited to temporary
works, details etc.
• Adhere to UK BIM Level 2 the document control processes
• Communicating with functional scope lead regularly
• Coordination with contractors on site when required
• Providing drawn information in relation to design problem issues raised by project teams as required
• Such other duties, reasonably consistent with the foregoing, as required

Job Requirements
• Relevant third level qualification or commensurate industry experience.
• 3 + 5 years post graduate experience within a CSA environment
• Recent experience using AutoCAD and Revit is essential
• Strong attention to detail and experience of the CSA technical build process
• Experience in healthcare Projects
• Be proficient in MS office applications – Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and other drawing
packages
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Navisworks experience desirable
