Structural BIM Technician

DESCRIPTION
This critical role will be responsible for performing technical drafting and modelling work using BIM/Revit to produce accurate structural design drawings.
Responsibilities
Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
Creating content for KEO BIM libraries.
Executing amendments to prepared models taking into account any changes/ modifications on the initial design.
Managing the different versions and formats of the models and ensuring they are controlled in a sequential reference environment.
Maintaining log of models of all relevant design projects as per QMS and/or project requirements.
Communicating effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement of team goals.
Maintaining a client-focused approach to the delivery of services of the team.
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with KEO health and safety policies.
Aligning work practices and processes with KEO sustainability principles.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 3 years' career experience in BIM Design partnered with a Structural Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification.
Continued advanced training in the latest BIM software will be viewed favorably.
