Company: ViBIM
Location: Alfreton, United Kingdom
Year of the project: 2020
Description

We've completed a BIM design project for the renovation project of the office building. The project has a steel structure with isolated footing one linked by a bracing beam.

This BIM design project consisted of modeling foundations, pits, and ground floor slab.

The client sent us a Revit file, drawings of foundation, ground floor general arrangement and details of pit holes in the file format of .dwg, pdf.

Based on the input data, our engineers have created BIM designs of the foundation, pits, and slab. We aim to achieve BIM Level 2 standard requirements from the UK design firm.

We’ve utilized Naviswork for the QA/QC process before delivering the final designs to the client. This has helped bring the client accurate designs without BIM design issues.
