Your new company 

With the same number of BIM/Revit staff as Engineers, and a leader from BIM background, this smaller MEP consultancy is a showcase for best practice in MEP BIM work. Working on a variety of project types, from one-off show piece residential projects, luxury hotels, restaurants, and more. They believe that their Revit/BIM people should be experts in building services design, rather than only modelers. This central London office with a relaxed team of friendly experts, is seeking a new addition. Focus will be placed on the right fit for the team, which leaves flexibility for either a junior starting their career or a more established professional to join them. 

Your new role 

Quality over quantity will be your ethos, and you will be given the time to produce detailed and accurate designs for MEP projects. You will be involved from concept through to completion on a wide range of projects, supported by a BIM expert. If you are newer to the industry you will be given training and support to bring your Revit skills to a professional level, for those already working in the industry you will be involved in coordination and developed to take a lead on projects. 

What you'll need to succeed 

You will be familiar with building services, which might be from a role within an MEP consultancy or contractor, or from studies. You will also be familiar with Revit, at either an intermediate or advanced level. For juniors you will be eager to enter the industry and learn, for more developed professionals you will be keen to learn best practice and push yourself to take on a coordination and leading role on projects.
