We currently have an opportunity for a BIM Technician to join our London Studio, working closely with our existing BIM team. This role will support the London BIM Studio Manager, engaging with projects across the practice. 

You will have a good working knowledge of BIM methodologies and UK BIM standards, and hold a relevant degree/ qualification. Previous experience working with Common Data Environments is highly desirable. 

The successful applicant will ideally be a recent graduate (ideally 1-3 post-University) who has strong Revit experience along with; excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a team and resilient to cope with conflicting demands 

You will work with our content developer to create and standardise the FCBStudios BIM Library, whilst providing support to Project Teams regarding BIM software and best practice. 

You will create Revit families as required for projects, ensuring all BIM documentation is compliant and in line with FCBS Procedures and standards.
