Immediate opening – This will appeal if you're looking to work on some high quality residential schemes to continue putting your technical ability to good use.

The small company are based in a convenient central north west London location and are enjoying a good run of securing projects. They've got a number of ongoing residential developments, primarily one-off homes, and are just looking for some extra help on these schemes. You'll need to have a UK based residential portfolio showing your input on all technical matters using AutoCAD. Whilst a collaborative environment, they aren't in a position to offer training so do need an individual confident in offering input straight from the off.

Due to budget constraints, we're likely looking for a Technologist with a minimum of two years' experience on similar residential projects. 

The role will be full-time, though they may consider part-time for the perfect individual, with exact working days/hours to be confirmed to suit both parties. The work would be ongoing but initially it's just up to three months. If you're out of work or looking for some additional work to supplement your own efforts this could be a good fit.
