Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a leading, multi-disciplinary consultancy close to Warrington are urgently looking to recruit an ambitious Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their busy studio at an exciting time.

This innovative studio are at the forefront of various disciplines within the local area. They have a strong Architectural presence alongside reliable support networks in the Surveying, Project Management and cost consultancy sectors.

They have also invested heavily in implementing BIM processes internally within their studio and therefore REVIT software is prominent within their approach.

The team is currently home to Architects, Project-Managers, Building surveyors, Technical coordinators and Architectural Technicians/Technologists. They are truly a diverse company, with the ability to offer future employees an unrestricted career path through to a senior level.

Applicants would preferably meet the following criteria:

Technical Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND, etc).

Minimum 3 years live project experience.

Diverse sector experience (Residential, Industrial, Commercial).

REVIT capabilities.

Ambitious, career driven, motivated.
